Cosette Britton serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Canyon Vista Medical Center, where she has been a dedicated leader since joining the organization—then Sierra Vista Regional Health Center—in 2007. She brings nearly two decades of progressive leadership experience with a strong operational focus and a passion for excellence in patient care.
Cosette holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University, a Master of Science in Healthcare Management from Concordia University, and dual graduate degrees from Grand Canyon University: a Master of Science in Nursing with a Leadership emphasis and a Master of Business Administration. She is also a Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) through the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.
Throughout her career, Cosette has held numerous leadership roles and is especially passionate about mentoring and developing caregivers across all levels of the healthcare system. She believes in empowering individuals to reach their full potential, recognizing that engaged, well-supported teams are foundational to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
Outside of her professional role, Cosette enjoys spending time poolside with her family, reading, and doing arts and crafts with her children.
